We start by delivering an EQ Assessment to entire company. This consists of a 10-min 'quiz' for all hands, and an additional 15-20 minutes for your leadership team.

The standard assessment tests four areas of emotional intelligence; self-awareness & self-management, as well as social-awareness & relationship-management.

Visualize EQ; the good and the not-so-good. Our product allows individuals to see and easily understand their own EQ scores.
