However, our reliance on technology has teams more disconnected and isolated than ever before. Empathy in leadership has waned as technology becomes more and more ubiquitous. The productivity and communication tools we’ve become so reliant on are negatively affecting our well-being and personal development, and hindering our professional growth. While most of us are constantly connected by technology, an alarming number of people feel more disconnected and isolated than ever.

We’re building a product that uses machine intelligence to help employees proactively grow and cultivate EQ.

By integrating into the platforms you're already using to run your business (Slack, Lattice, Zoom, etc.), our tools are ever-present (no more downloads, creating accounts, remembering to check-in) and deliver an entirely bespoke experience for each employee.
