Gratitude Journaling

We recommend maintaining a gratitude journal. Take a few minutes each day to write down three things you are grateful for. This exercise will help you shift your focus towards the positive aspects of your life and foster an optimistic outlook.

Acts of Kindness: Recall three acts of kindness you witnessed or received recently. It could be a small gesture from a stranger or a meaningful act from someone you know. Briefly describe how these acts impacted you and the gratitude you feel towards those involved.
